He was born on May 3, 1989 in Baku in a family of intellectuals. He received a higher education at the Faculty of Journalism of Baku State University.

In 2008-2020, he worked as a correspondent and head of various private and state media structures.

In 2018-2020, he was the project manager and editor of the program” Insurance Time", which was broadcast on the ARB 24 TV channel and became the first TV project about insurance in the country.

In 2019, at the “International Insurance Forum” organized by the Association of Insurers of Azerbaijan, he was awarded a special plaque, and in 2020 he took 1st place in the essay contest organized by the Compulsory Insurance Bureau.

Since September 1, 2020, he has been working as an adviser to the executive Director of the Public Association “Association of Insurers of Azerbaijan”.
