Turkic States Insurtech Summit Held in Azerbaijan

The international Turkic States Insurtech Summit, dedicated to insurance technologies, was once again held in Baku.

The two-day event was organized with the strategic support of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan and under the auspices of the Ministry of Trade of Turkey. It was also held in collaboration with the Turkish Service Exporters' Association, the Azerbaijan Insurers Association, and the Istanbul-based "New Generation Management Company."

According to reports, the event was attended by state officials, representatives of the diplomatic corps, heads of financial regulators and insurance associations from Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkey, Uzbekistan, and the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, as well as representatives from leading technology companies.

During the event, representatives from the participating states' insurance markets commented on the current state of the Turkic world's insurance industry regarding insurance technologies, explored current market needs, and discussed new roadmaps for cooperation and joint development.

The main purpose of holding the event was to stimulate joint cooperation to achieve the sustainability and resilience of digital development in the insurance markets of the Turkic states and to support this process with the help of Turkey's advanced technology companies.

It should be noted that Azerbaijan is hosting this international insurance technology event for the second time.
