Azerbaijan and Japan begin cooperation in the field of insurance

A delegation of the heads of life and non-life insurance companies, initiated and organized by the Association of Insurers of Azerbaijan, visited Tokyo, Japan.

The main purpose of the visit was to study innovative technologies, digitalization solutions and applications of artificial intelligence in the field of insurance applied in leading Japanese insurance companies.

During the visit, a business meeting was held with Toyonari Sasaki, head of the Japan Association of Life Insurance Companies, a member of the Board of the Global Federation of insurance associations (GFIA), of which AIA is also a member, and members of the Association, and the prospects for the development of bilateral relations were widely discussed.
