Ulviyya Mehdiyeva was born on February 23, 1984, in Baku, into an intellectual family.
From 2001 to 2005, she received higher education at Baku State University, majoring in Applied Mathematics.
From 2006 to 2022, she worked as a Chief Specialist at "Atəşgah" Insurance Company CJSC.
Since 2022, she has been working as an Office Manager at the Azerbaijan Insurers Association.
Ulviyya Mehdiyeva is married and has two children.
