For these purposes, property for which civil liability insurance is mandatory in connection with the exploitation of property is understood to mean buildings, structures, facilities, areas that are real estate that are exploited by legal entities to carry out their activities, as well as by individuals engaged in entrepreneurial activity without forming a legal entity. Civil liability insurance against third parties in connection with the exploitation of any of the properties listed above is mandatory.
